05/22/12 Recently the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received information that Jonathon W. Price, a registered sex offender had moved from his Nursery Street address to an address on 12th Road.
Saturday evening County Police Officer Les McFarland located 33 year old Jonathon Price at a residence in the 17,000 block of 12th Road. While speaking with him it was confirmed that Price had failed to register his new address with the Sheriff’s Department. He was taken into custody and booked into the County Jail for a Sex Offender Residency Offense, a class D felony. His bond was set at $1,500.
Jonathon W. Price was arrested and convicted for Sexual Misconduct With a Minor through Marshall County Superior Court II in 2012.
