05/10/12  On Tuesday, May 8th around 8:03am, Officer Steve DeLee of the Plymouth Police Department observed a vehicle traveling east on Baker Street with expired plates.  Officer DeLee conducted the stop on 9A Road, and it was found that driver Richard T. Bacon 32, of Argos had a suspended license with priors and the license plates on the vehicle were expired in February 2011.  Bacon was placed under arrest and was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for driving while suspended-prior, and was given a $750.00 cash bond.  Bacon is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on May 29th at 8:30am.
