Railroad Work on Western Ave. Pending Board’s Approval

   04/23/12 Engineer for the City of Plymouth, Rick Gaul is warning of a proposed street closure.

Pending the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety’s approval of Del Monte’s request to work in the right of way, on Monday, April 23^rd, Western Avenue will be closed for nearly a week.

The closure is needed to repair the two Western Avenue railroad crossings just north of North Street.  If approved by the Board the closure will be from Tuesday April 24^th thru Sunday April 29.

The Plymouth Industrial Park will be serviced by traveling on Western Avenue north of the closure area.  Del Monte will be the only company serviced by traveling on Western Avenue south of the closure area.

Engineer Rick Gaul will provide updates if there are any changes in the work schedule.
