04/19/12  On Monday, April 16th at 5:28pm, Plymouth Police Officers responded to Pilgrim Lane after a report that a male subject was “going through cars and removing items” in the parking lot by the Dollar Tree in the Pilgrim Place Plaza.

Officer Gary Cleveland located the subject later identified as 39 year old Seth Enders of Plymouth.  During the investigation it was found that Enders was in possession of drugs and paraphernalia when officers conducted the initial pat down.

Enders was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Enders cash bond of $3,000 was paid at 8:05pm the same night and he was released.

 

Enders was back in custody at 10:50pm, less than three hours after he was released from the Marshall County Jail when Plymouth Police Officers responded to the 500 block of East LaPorte Street for a male entering a residence that he had previously been trespassed from.  Enders was again transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for domestic battery, strangulation, residential entry, intimidation-fear of retaliation and trespass enter a dwelling of another without consent and criminal mischief.

His bond is set at $3000.00 and he is scheduled to appear on all charges from the incidents that occurred throughout the day in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on May 15th at 8:30am.
