04/05/12 The Yellow River Festival is inviting not-for-profit groups in Marshall County to become food vendors at the Festival which will be held June 2, 2012.

The Festival provides venues to demonstrate the historic, cultural and ecological significance of the Yellow River as it journeys through Marshall County.

We encourage food vendors to prepare and serve foods that would have been available in the early 1800’s.  Vendors should cook their food the same way it would have been prepared in the early 1800’s if possible.  The committee has ideas for those interested if they don’t know what types of food might be good for the event.  There is limited electricity available.
