03/12/12 The Marshall County Council will meet Monday morning beginning at 9 a.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Building. The agenda includes the transfer request of Sheriff Tom Chamberlin from PERF to Lake Enforcement. Additional appropriations include the Commissioner’s request to transfer $10,000 from Special CAGIT to Right-of-Way Purchase for the Ecker property on Jim Neu for the sewer line. The other request is from Probation to appropriate $4,500 for the Drug Free Grant.
County Council members may have other transfer requests to consider along with the Auditor’s Report including the minutes from the February 13th meeting and the 2011 Annual Report.
The County Council meetings are open to the public for comments and questions on agenda items only.
