02/09/12 Residents and staff celebrated Super Bowl Sunday with a Soup and Sandwich buffet on Sunday evening February 5. They were treated to four different flavors of soup and all the fixings for ham, turkey or Roast beef sandwiches. There were also homemade desserts including football shaped cookies. Super Bowl trivia placemats and napkins were at each place setting. Residents were asked to wear their team colors. There was much discussion during the evening meal about which team would be victorious in Super Bowl XLVI. Following the evening meal the game was showing in the Recreation Center on the big screen TV.
