01/27/12 Residents and staff at Miller’s Senior Living Community in Plymouth celebrated The Year of the Dragon with a delicious Chinese lunch-time meal of egg drop soup, Chinese cabbage salad, chicken chow mien, sticky white rice and egg roll. The tables were set with Chinese zodiac placemats and fortune cookies. Each resident received their personal Chinese zodiac information and a handmade needlepoint Chinese kimono magnet. The highlight of the meal was sharing each other’s fortunes.
