01/26/12 On Tuesday, January 24th at 5:34 p.m. Officer Jesse Pippenger of the Plymouth Police Department responded to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive in reference to a female shoplifter. After an investigation it was found that Amanda J. Wicker 31, of Rochester was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft, a Class D felony and was given a $1000.00 cash bond. Wicker is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on February 28th at 8:30am.
