01/10/12  On Friday, January 6th at 10:17pm, Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer responded to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive to a possible theft.  Upon arrival Dennis P. Bell 40, of Winamac was found to be shoplifting and was taken into custody.  Bell was also in possession of methamphetamines and paraphernalia.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for theft and the possession of methamphetamines.  A $1,000.00 cash bond was set for Bell’s release, which was paid on January 7th at 2:20am.  Bell is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on February 7th at 8:30am. 

Then a short time later on Friday, January 6th at approximately 10:42pm, Officer John Weir stopped and talked with two subjects at Taco Bell on North Michigan Street.   The two were identified as Johnny L. Mullen’s 26, of Winamac, and Sara Jackson-Banks 27, of Winamac.  Jackson was found to have a warrant out of Pulaski County, and Mullen’s was charged with False Informing.  Both were transported to the County Jail where Jackson was waiting transport to Pulaski County and Mullins was given a $1,500.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on January 31st at 8:30am. 

On Sunday January 8th around 1:30am, Sergeant Joe Deisch of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Muckshaw Road just south of Oakhill Ave.  It was found that the driver, Willard G. Solberg 37, of Culver was intoxicated.  He was arrested and transported to the Jail, where he was given a $1000.00 cash bond, which was paid on January 8th at 11:25am.  A scheduled court appearance for Solberg will be held on January 24th at 8:30am.
