12/21/11 On Friday, December 16th Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer responded to Wal-Mart located on North Oak Drive in reference to a possible theft and criminal trespass. Upon investigation it was found that William Pierce 25, of Kewanna was trespassing on the property and Jessica M. Wynn 22, of Monterey was arrested for theft. Both were transported to the Marshall County Jail where Wynn was booked in for theft, with a $1000.00 cash bond and Pierce was booked in for the criminal trespass with a cash bond of $1500.00. Pierce had three warrants through Marshall County all with no bond set. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court # 2 on January 17th at 8:30am. Wynn is also scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on January 17th at 8:30am.
On Saturday, December 17th at 6:29pm Officer Shanna Gilmer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Adams Street and Indiana Avenue for an equipment violation. It was found that Ashley L. Hughes 25, of Walkerton was intoxicated. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for Operating While Intoxicated with a cash bond set at $2000.00. Hughes has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #23 on December 27th at 8:30am.
