11/21/11 The Riverside Intermediate School Spell Bowl Team, under the direction of Coach Amy Lewis placed first in Class I at the district spell bowl competition which was held at North Liberty Elementary School on Thursday, November 17, 2011. The students spelled words like soup du jour to win the competition. Sydney Morris had a perfect score and Autumn Wilson and Grace Morris both had near perfect scores.
