11/14/11 On Friday, November 11th just after 2:00 a.m. Officer Jordan Rans of the Plymouth Police Department conducted a routine traffic stop at the intersection of US 30 and Oak Drive. It was found that the driver, Evan R. Downey 23, of Plymouth was driving on a suspended license. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a $750.00 cash bond which was paid on the same date at 3:40am. He has a scheduled court date on December 12th at 8:30am.
