08/08/11 On Thursday, August 4th around 11:00 p.m. the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the area of Center and Lake Streets for suspicious activity that was occurring.
Sergeant Joe Deisch responded to the area and found 22 year old Branden J. Eirfrid of Plymouth. Eifrid was located in the area and arrested for Possession of Marijuana. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where a $1,000.00 cash bond was paid on August 5th at 3:00 a.m. and he was released. He has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on August 30th at 8:30 a.m.
In the early hours of Friday, August 5 around 2:30 a.m. Officer Jordan Rans made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Michigan and Dickson Streets. Suring his investigation it was found that the driver, 24 year old Michael A. Carlson of Mishawaka was under the influence of Alcohol. He was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Operating a Vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .15% or more. A $1,000.00 cash bond was placed on Carlson with a court date of August 16th scheduled in Marshall County Superior Court #2.
