04/15/11 Thursday morning just after midnight Plymouth Officer Ryan Richey was dispatched o Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter. Officer Richey conducted an investigation that resulted in the arrest of 18 year old Sam F. Wiser of Know. Wiser was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for theft with a $1,000 cash bond.
