City Officers Make Arrests

03/16/11   On Wednesday, March 9th at 5:17 pm, Derek Workman of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Oak and Pidco Drive. Brandon L. Reister 36, of Plymouth was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated for the second time within five years. Reister also had an outstanding warrant through Marshall County.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail where he posted a cash bond on Friday, March 11th at 3:45pm and released.

On Thursday March 10th at approximately 6:50pm, Sergeant Joe Deisch of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Plum and Madison Street. Erica Ordonez 29, of Plymouth was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Ever Receiving a License. Ordonez was taken to the Marshall County Jail where she posted a $250.00 cash bond on the same day at 8:00pm.  Ordonez is scheduled to appear at Marshall County Superior 2 on April 19th at 8:30am.

On Thursday March, 10th at approximately 10:00pm, Officer Workman made a routine traffic stop. Sue E. Nash 58, of Plymouth was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and endangering a person. Nash was taken to the Marshall County Jail where she posted a $1000 cash bond on Friday March 11th.  Nash is scheduled to appear at the Marshall County Superior 2 on March 22nd at 8:30am.

On Thursday March 10th, at approximately 3:30 pm, Patrolman Workman of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Danny L. Steinke, 33 at his residence on Lake Avenue in Plymouth for an outstanding warrant out of Marshall County for failure to appear on a civil charge. Steinke was lodged at the Marshall County Jail and his bond is set at $500.00 cash.

On Thursday March 11th at approximately 5:00 pm, Patrolman Workman of the Plymouth Police Department arrested Brandon Edington 32, of Lakeville who was walking down the road in the 500 block of West Jefferson Street. Edington was arrested for two Civil Contempt warrants out of Marshall County. Edington was lodged at the Marshall County Jail. Both warrant bonds are totaled to $20,100 cash.

On Friday March 11th at approximately 12:30pm Officer Steve DeLee made a routine traffic stop in the 1500 block of Lake Avenue for expired plates. Jessica K. Taylor 21, of Plymouth was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle without Ever Receiving a License. Taylor was lodged at the Marshall County Jail where she posted a $250.00 cash bond later that same day at 7:35pm. Taylor is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior 2 on March 29th at 8:30am.

On Saturday March 12th at approximately 2:50am Officer Gary Cleveland of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of US 30 and North Oak Road.  Jesus Huerta 26, of Plymouth was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated. He was lodged in the Jail.  His bond was set at $1,000, which was paid at 11:45am on the same date.   Huerta is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court 2 on March 29th at 8:30am.

On Sunday, March 13th at approximately 1am Officer Jason Dobbins was conducting Operation Pullover when he noticed a male stumbling as he walked east on Jefferson Street. Dobbins made contact with the male identified as Jonathan T. Armold 42, of Plymouth.  A portable breath test was given and Armold was arrested for Public Intoxication and was lodged at the Marshall County Jail. Armold’s bond was set at $500.00 cash, which was paid on the same date at 9:30am.   Armold is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior 2 on April 12th at 8:30am.

On Sunday March 13th at approximately 3:45pm, Officer Dobbins of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of 1st Street and Madison Street. Shai V. Hutchings, 30 of Plymouth was arrested for Driving While Suspended-Prior. Hutchings was lodged in the County Jail where she posted the cash bond of $250.00 at 5:15pm and was released.   Hutchings is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court 2 on April 12th at 8:30am.

On Sunday, March 13th at 8:49 pm, Officer Gary Cleveland responded to the intersection of North Street and Michigan Street to investigate an accident where a parked vehicle was struck by another vehicle and the suspect vehicle had left the scene. During the investigation, Johnny Boynton 41, of Plymouth was identified as the driver of the vehicle. Boynton had driven the vehicle to his residence on Lawndale Street and parked the vehicle in his garage. Officers found a trail of automotive fluids which led from the crash to his garage. Boynton was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Failure to Stop After an Accident Resulting in Injury.  His bond was set at $750.00 cash. The bond was paid on March 14th at 2:05am. Boynton is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior 2 on April 12th at 8:30am.

On Monday, March 14th at approximately 9:50 pm Officer Paul Stamper found that Catherine C. Williams 45, of Tyner was driving on a suspended license. Williams was lodged at the Marshall County Jail where she was charged with Driving While Suspended with a prior charge.  Her cash bond was set at $750.00. Williams posted bond on the same date at 11:45pm. Williams is scheduled to appear at Marshall County Superior 2 on April 19th at 8:30am.
