This Saturday, May 16, the Plymouth High School Acting Class will be holding their 19th annual One-Act Play Performance Competition. Three One-Acts will be presented during the afternoon, with awards afterwards. The performances will be in the PHS Studio Theatre, just behind the auditorium, and they are FREE!
The first performance starts at 3:00 PM. with “Ballerinas, Choose Your Weapons” directed by Clayton Lenig followed by “Seeing Beyond the Maya Fantasma” director by Kylee Rippy and “Boy Gets Girl” directed by Chaze Holzwart. Each show is approximately 30 minutes, and there is a short intermission for set changes between each show.
These seniors have left their comfort zone of being on stage to take on the challenge of directing, and all of the responsibilities off stage too in just 4 weeks. Come and see what these senior students have accomplished during their 4 years at PHS. You are invited to come and see as many of the shows as you can but the audience can come and go during the intermissions. Parking is in the north parking lot with entrance through door number 5.
