Purdue_Extension+newsFarmers in Marshall and surrounding counties are encouraged and welcomed to attend a breakfast program on managing grain in storage.  The program will be held in the Marshall County Extension Office on Wednesday, March 25.  It is located in room 304 of the Marshall County Building, 112 W. Jefferson St., Plymouth.  The doors will be open at 7:30 am for breakfast and coffee and the program will start at 8:00 am.

Linda Mason Purdue Entomologist on Grain Pests will share how to protect the quality of grain that is placed in storage.  You will not be able to improve grain quality in storage, but quality can degrade. Linda will share how to protect grain from insect pests and Purdue’s keys to maintaining grain quality.

Again this session will be held at the Purdue Extension office in Marshall County at 112 W. Jefferson St. Plymouth, IN 46563, room 304 starting at 7:30 am EST with hot coffee and open discussion with the educational webinar beginning at 8:00 am EST and ending at 9:00 am.
