Marijuana possessionThursday evening Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Speedway Gas Station on North Michigan Street for a 10 year old who had run away from home.

Officer Matt Emenhiser spoke with the young female and transported her back to her place of residence, 2535 North Michigan Street, the Economy Inn.

While Officer Emenhiser was at the door of the motel room he detected the odor of marijuana coming from the room.  He was able to obtain a search warrant and when executed officer located marijuana, pills and paraphernalia in the room.

29 year old Seana Baldwin was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. She was booked in for possession of marijuana over 30 grams, possession of a scheduled II controlled substance, possession of a legend drug and possession of paraphernalia. She was held on a $3,005 cash bond.
