Thursday afternoon about 1:40 Plymouth Police Officer Matthew Emenhiser pulled over a van for a traffic stop at the intersection of North Plum and West Jefferson Streets. 37 year old Joshua Zellers of Garro Street was driving the vehicle. Through an investigation it was found that Zellers was operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Joshua Zellers was booked into the Marshall County Jail about 3:30 for OWI with a scheduled I or II controlled substance. His bond was set at $1,505 and he was given an April 7th court date in Superior Court II.
