Thursday morning at 4:00 A.M. Officer Jeremy Enyart with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a routine traffic stop for a vehicle without tail-lights. 30 year old Wilfred S. Hernandez of Plymouth was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a driver’s licenses. Hernandez was taken into custody, transported to the County Jail and held on a $255 bond. He was released a short time later after posting bond and was issued a Marshall County Superior II court date of March 31st to answer to the preliminary charge.
