OWI26 year old Zachary D. Tanner of Plymouth was arrested Tuesday evening following a traffic stop in the 1,000 block of West Jefferson Street.

Tanner was pulled over for committing a traffic violation. During the traffic stop he was found to be operating while intoxicated. Tanner was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a certified chemical test and failed it.

Zach Tanner was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $3,005 cash bond.
Patrolman Paul Stamper noted in his report, “If convicted, this will be Tanner’s second conviction within the last five years.”

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
