26 year old Zachary D. Tanner of Plymouth was arrested Tuesday evening following a traffic stop in the 1,000 block of West Jefferson Street.
Tanner was pulled over for committing a traffic violation. During the traffic stop he was found to be operating while intoxicated. Tanner was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was given a certified chemical test and failed it.
Zach Tanner was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $3,005 cash bond.
Patrolman Paul Stamper noted in his report, “If convicted, this will be Tanner’s second conviction within the last five years.”
