04/28/14 Members of the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will meeting Monday evening at 6:p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.  Agenda for the meeting includes reports from the various city department heads including a No Parking request from the city engineer for the 2014 mill and fill projects.

City Attorney Sean Surrisi will present a resolution designating a vehicle at the Plymouth Fire Department surplus so that is may be transferred to the Wastewater Department. 

Clerk Treasurer Toni Hutchings will present a request from Sam Goebel to close an alley while Mayor Mark will request a closure for Water Street and Birchmeier Rentals LLC will be requesting to park on South Michigan Street.

The Common Council meeting is is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. Monday.  Their agenda includes consideration of an ordinance on public nuisances on all three readings.  Also on the agenda is a resolution approving a commercial revitalization rebate for Larry Pachniak for a rental property at 218 West Washington Street.   He plans to make improvements to the roof, fascia, siding, soffit, flashing and windows.  Anticipated quotes for the project range from $23,000 to $31,000. 

Both city meetings are open to the public although comments and questions are limited to agenda items only.
