11/19/13 On Friday, November 15th at 5:24 p.m. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Jonathan Bryant conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of State Road 10 and Michigan Road for multiple infractions. During the investigation of the stop the driver identified as 31 year old Aaron Harper of Bourbon was found to be operating a vehicle while suspended. During the course of taking Mr. Harper into custody he was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on driving while suspended and possession of marijuana charges and booked on a $1,505 bond. Harper was later released on November 17th for no judicial review.
