06/15/12  On Wednesday, June 13th at approximately 12:15pm, Plymouth Police Department received a call from an employee at the Dollar General Store at 328 Kingston Drive.  The employee said they had just witnessed a male subject shoplifting, and that he left the area in a black jeep.  Investigator Ted Brown located the subject in the area of the Webster Center. Officer Brown followed the vehicle to the area of Conger and Lincoln Streets waiting for a second Plymouth Police Unit. At that location he was advised that the driver was Nicholas Hundt 33, of Plymouth.

Hundt had a suspended driver’s license, and the packages from the items taken from Dollar General were located in the vehicle. Police also discovered an active meth lab in the back seat of the vehicle.

Mr. Hundt was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Theft, Possession of Methamphetamines, and Driving While Suspended. There was no bond set for Hundt at his time of booking.   He is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court I on July 3rdat 8:30am.

Indiana State Police meth team was contacted for processing and clean up.
