04/27/12 On Tuesday, April 24th at 6:15pm, Officer Jason Dobbins arrested 19 year old Angelica Andazola and 20 year old Boston L. Tunis, both of North Judson after he responded to Wal-Mart on North Oak Drive for the two female shoplifters. Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail where they were booked in for theft, a class D felony and each given $3,000.00 cash bonds. Both Tunis and Andazola are scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on May 15th at 8:30am.
On Wednesday, April 25th at 11:13 pm, Sergeant Joe Deisch conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of 5th and Madison Streets. It was found that the driver, Andre C. Coleman 30, of Indianapolis was driving while intoxicated. Coleman was placed under arrest and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in with a $1500.00 cash bond. Coleman is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on May 29th at 8:30am.
On Thursday, April 26th at 3:07am, Sergeant Joe Deisch arrested Lynn Tunnat 45, of Plymouth for public intoxication at the intersection of Pearl and Nursery Streets after a call came in for an intoxicated person. Tunnat was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in with a $1000.00 cash bond, and is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on May 29that 8:30am.
