03/20/12 On Saturday, March 17th at 3:41pm, officers from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to an accident on US 30 and Beech Road, on the county’s east side. Toby M. Grose 40, of Elkhart was traveling eastbound on US 30 approaching Beech Road in his Black 2000 Chevy SUV when 33 year old Coleen K. Gallinger-Miller of Bourbon who was traveling northbound on Beech Road proceeded through the intersection of US 30 and struck Grose vehicle. Both vehicles came to rest in the median. Five of the six passengers involved were transported to the Kosciusko Community Hospital in Warsaw where they were treated for minor injuries. The accident is still under investigation at this time.
