Plymouth Police Officers arrested two on Monday, June 5th for Operator Never Licensed.

At 2:30 Monday afternoon, Officer Derifield conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of West Harrison Street.  The result was 19-year-old Jennifer Siclari Ruiz Reyes of 708 North Plum Street in Plymouth being incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail. Jennifer was released on bond at about 6:10 Monday evening.

At about 5:15 Monday afternoon Plymouth Police were dispatched to a property damage accident in the parking lot of Wings Etc on North Oak Drive. After an investigation by Officer Miller, 42-year-old Lendy Yovany Figueroa Padilla of 506 Gilmore Street in Plymouth was placed under arrest for Operator Never Licensed.  Lendy was released on bond at about 7:45 Monday evening. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
