On Monday, April 11th, Detective Bryant with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department located and arrested Chance Lacher, age 26, at the Marshall County Courthouse.
Mr. Lacher resides at 818 West Adams Street and was wanted on outstanding arrest warrants. Chance had outstanding arrest warrants for Burglary as a Level 4 Felony along with Theft as an A Misdemeanor.
Mr. Lacher was also found to be possessing methamphetamine during his arrest.
The cash bond for Chance Lacher was set at $3,000.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
