The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning at 8:30 in their second-floor meeting room of the County Building. 

The agenda for the public meeting includes a report from Highway Superintendent Jason Peters, approval of a vehicle lease agreement for Marshall County Council on Aging and their quarterly report presented by Janis Holiday, and consideration of the request of Ward Byers from Community Corrections to apply for the Community Corrections Grant. 

Christie Johnson from Superior Court III Drug Court will request approval to apply for an Indiana Office of Court Services (IOCS) Problem-Solving Court Grant and County Plan Director Ty Adley will present the U.S. 30 and U.S. 31 Coalition plans for consideration to be submitted to INDOT.

The County Commissioners will hear a request from Bill Githens and Brian Carver of the Culver Youth Club for the 2022 donation and give an update on the club’s success.  Also on the agenda is the County Attorney’s Report, County Auditor’s Report, a proposal from Gibson on Commercial Risk Management and Insurance, and an amendment to the Section 125 Plan.
