Plymouth Police were dispatched to 320 North Street on Friday night, January 27th at about 11:20 for multiple 911 hangups.

Plymouth Police Officer Wallace arrived on the scene and began an investigation.  He was able to determine that a Domestic Battery had occurred between 22-year-old Gerardo Trochez-Hernandez and 28-year-old Tinia Ruiz, both of the North Street address.

That incident occurred within the home and in the presence of a young child. Tinia Ruiz was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for the charge of Domestic Battery in the presence of a child under 16.

Gerardo Trochez-Hernandez was also transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Domestic Battery in the presence of a child under 16 and Domestic Battery-Bodily Injury to a Pregnant Family Member.
