The Commissary money comes from the two vendors that provide services to our inmates for pay. The services are commissary items like candy bars, chips, snacks, paper, ect. Which is Stellar. The other company Tellmate provides tablet use, extra visitation, phone calls. These companies pay us a small percentage of their profit and that is where the commissary money comes from.
