On Christmas Eve at approximately 11:30 P.M., Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Red Rock Inn for what was believed at the time to be a possible homicide.

While attempting to make contact, Plymouth Police heard a woman call for help from inside the room. After forcing entry into the room, officers located and arrested 47-year-old Anthony Browne who resides at the Red Rock Inn.

A female victim was transported by Plymouth EMS to the hospital for numerous severe injuries.

Anthony Browne was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail with initial charges of Aggravative Battery.

The investigation is ongoing, and the report will be forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor for review of additional charges.
