On Wednesday, November 9th, around 6:30 in the evening Officer Ayala with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of U.S. 30 and Pioneer Drive in Plymouth.

The driver, 40-year-old Heather Egger of Leesburg was found to be under the influence of drugs and the officer began a DUI investigation. Heather was transported to Plymouth Hospital for a chemical test and was given jail clearance. She was then transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked and lodged for: Operating a motor vehicle While Intoxicated on a Controlled Substance, Possession of Cocaine or Narcotic Drug, and Possession of Marijuana. Heather Egger was given a court date and a bond of $1500.
