The Town of Argos will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony and celebration for the new downtown on Saturday, November 5th.  

This celebration is for the completion of the Marshall County Crossroads Regional Stellar Communities Program project and partnership with the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA).  They will also release the official name of the new space which is located at 103 South Michigan Street in the heart of downtown Argos. 

The ceremony begins at 5 p.m. with music provided by the band “Tonight Only” which includes member Mike Parrish who is an Argos resident.  Local downtown restaurants including The Break Room, Dry Run Kitchen, Loghouse Restaurant, and Bourbon Street Pizza are supplying appetizers and the Town of Argos is providing cupcakes. 

The special guest speaker for the event will be Gerry White, Northwest Community Liaison with OCRA.

Attendees are encouraged to bring chairs for seating.
