On Wednesday, October 12th, at approximately 8:12 AM Marshall County Officers and Indiana State Police responded to the 3000 block of Rose Road for a domestic battery.
During the investigation, Christopher Hunt, 33 of Elkhart was arrested for Domestic Battery in the presence of a child less than sixteen years of age.
Hunt was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $5,000 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
