The October Plymouth School Board Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 4th at 7:00 p.m. in the administration board room behind Plymouth High School.   This meeting is a meeting of the School Board in public for the purpose of conducting the School Corporation’s business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There will be time for public participation as indicated by the agenda item.

Under Student Activity Requests are an out-of-state and overnight request from Lincoln Junior High for the Social Studies trip to Washington DC, PHS Marching Band overnight trip to Bands of American National Marching Band Competition in Indianapolis, and the PHS FFA request for an overnight trip to the FFA National Convention in Indianapolis.  The PHS Speech Team is seeking approval of overnight stays to Fishers High School, overnight to the National Speech & Debate District Tournament at Peen High School in Mishawaka, overnight to the Indiana Speech and Debate Association State Debate Tournament at Marian University, out-of-state and overnight to Mini Apple Tournament in Minneapolis, another overnight stay for Fishers High School for the Indiana State Speech & Debate Association State Speech Tournament and out-of-state and overnight night to the National Speech & Debate National Tournament in Phoenix, AZ. 

The Plymouth School Board will hear about this past summer’s PHS Social Studies trip to Europe and consider a 2023 trip.  The 2023 Budget adoption is on the agenda along with the 2023 Capital Projects Plan adoption, and Bus Replacement Plan adoption for next year. 

The School Board will consider a Staffing Services Agreement with Pro Resources and consider a school bus lease agreement.
