On Sunday, June 26th, at 6:06 A.M. the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center was advised of a single-vehicle collision in the 1,000 block of Lincoln Highway east of Bourbon.
County officers arriving on the scene found a 2003 Dodge Dakota pickup truck driven by Michael A. Long age 66 of Bourbon was driving left the roadway for an unknown reason and struck a tree.
Mr. Long was transported from the scene by Life Flight helicopter service for medical treatment.
The Marshall County Police Department was assisted by Bourbon Fire, Bourbon EMS, and Bourbon Police at the scene of the collision.
