The shelves are bare at the Marshall County Neighborhood Center.  Director Chris Garner said this is the time of year when donations drop off and the need increases.

As a way to help the Neighborhood Center, this Saturday, Crossroads Church will be hosting their annual food drive at Martin’s, Kroger, and Walmart from 10-2.  If you have the ability to donate, please do. Any little bit helps, and the need is growing!

If you can’t donate on Saturday, you can always donate at the Neighborhood Center throughout the week.

The greatest needs at the Neighborhood Center are canned chicken, tuna, peanut butter, jelly, canned beans, hamburger helpers, boxed potatoes, canned fruit, and canned veggies such as carrots, corn, and peas.  They can also use pasta and pasta sauce.
