On Monday, June 13th, at 12:06 AM, the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the area of 1615 Pilgrim Lane, Arby’s in reference to a suspicious vehicle circling the building.
Arriving in the area, Officer Richey located the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. During his investigation at the scene, 31-year-old Steven R. Colindres of Fulton Avenue in Rochester was arrested for Operating A Vehicle as a Habitual Traffic Violator.
Mr. Colindres was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
