Plymouth Police made a few arrests over the weekend.

Sharlotte Preston, 32, of 4A Road in Plymouth was arrested by Detective McIntyre at the Marshall County Probation Department on Friday, June 3rd.  She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for a Violation of Probation.  She was held on a $500 cash bond. 

On Friday, June 3rd at approximately 4:30 PM 46-year-old Shannon Flowers of Etna Green was stopped by Officer Arnold on a traffic stop in the Red Rock Inn parking lot. Mr. Flowers was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and Driving While Suspended with a prior and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.

Officer Krynock stopped a vehicle at US 30 and Oak Drive just before 10 p.m. on Sunday, June 5th.  During his investigation, the driver 27-year-old Devin Sanchez of Tamarack Road in Plymouth was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Sanchez was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
