On Thursday, April 14th, just before 10 p.m., Officer Fase with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at West LaPorte Street and South Walnut Street.

The vehicle was operated by 41-year-old Joshua Dunn of Plymouth.

After an investigation, Joshua Dunn was placed under arrest and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated with a BAC Greater Than .15.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
