On Friday, March 18 at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon the Marshall County Police Department was alerted of a wanted subject traveling south on Michigan Road near LaPaz.

Shortly after the call County Patrolman Curtis Tempelman performed a traffic stop on the vehicle on Michigan Street near Plymouth-Goshen Trail. During the traffic stop it was determined that the driver 46-year-old Christina Garbison of Knox had a valid warrant through Marshall County. A male subject later identified as 24-year-old Nicholas Vice of Kokomo was also in the vehicle during the traffic stop.

A later search of the vehicle yielded marijuana. Both subjects were detained at the scene and were later transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Christina Garbison was booked into the jail for two counts of Dealing in Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana.  Nicholas Vice was booked for Possession of Marijuana.
