R. Yoder Construction, Bradley Company, and Garden Court Apartments will host a dedication and ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, March 10, at 1:00 pm at the new Garden Court Apartments Saint Katharina Kasper Serenity Place located at 1804 West Jefferson Street in Plymouth, marking the grand opening of the new permanent supportive housing building.

Rod Ludwig, the Senior Managing Director of Multi-Housing for Bradley Company, stated, “We are so excited to finally be able to announce the grand opening of Saint Katharina Kasper Serenity Place! This has been in the works for over five years when a group of concerned citizens and organizations saw the need to tackle the issue of homelessness in Marshall County. It wasn’t easy, but we will soon see families moving in that will finally be able to have the stability of knowing where they will sleep each night.

“We’ve had so many financial supporters that it would be difficult to name them all, but we are sincerely appreciative of the organizations, churches, and individuals that helped make this project possible. In addition, R. Yoder Construction brought their years of experience and expertise to work within our budget and help us turn our vision of providing affordable housing to the community into a reality!”
