Monterey Man Arrested by City Police for Possession

On Sunday, February 6^th at approximately 1:50 in the morning Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 24-year-old Donald Baugh III of Monterey.  Baugh was located in the 2000 block of PIDCO Drive and arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Baugh was held on a $250 cash bond.  He was released about 3:30 a.m. that same day and given an initial hearing date of March 8^th in Marshall Superior Court II. 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made
