Attorney Joseph V. Simanski has been recognized by the Judges of Marshall County for more than 44 years of dedicated service to the practice of law in Marshall County. Simanski is retiring on February 1, 2022, from his role as Public Defender and from his private practice of law in Plymouth. After graduating from Valparaiso University School of Law in the year 1978, Attorney Simanski has been a member in good standing with the Bar of the State of Indiana and Marshall County, distinguishing himself as an exemplary attorney. Attorney Simanski has diligently and faithfully executed the responsibilities to thousands of clients, boards, committees, and organizations in the practice of law for more than 44 years.

       Attorney Simanski has served with distinction for more than 18 years as a Public Defender for the Courts of Marshall County. The Marshall County Judges presented Simanski a plaque recognizing his 44 years of dedicated service to the community. The Judges wish Joe Simanski the best in his retirement, with years of enjoyment to come.
