Plymouth Fire Chief Steve Holm updated members of the Board of Public Works and Safety on the hiring process for a full-time firefighter/EMT Monday evening. The application process officially ended on Friday, and they received two applications. Holm said he will start moving forward with the process with a written test and the interview process.
The Chief said they haven’t received any applications for the paramedic position. He was granted permission to lengthen out the application process and look for some better ways to advertise the position to more people.
The Fire Chief was also granted approval to seek bids for a new chief’s vehicle that is in the 2022 budget.
