On Tuesday, January 25 about 8:30 at night Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the report of a male subject on a lawn mower that had come onto a callers property in the 800 block of Ferndale Street.

The caller told Central Dispatch that the male subject might be intoxicated, and they didn’t want him on their property.

The male subject was located in the 100 block of North Kingston Road and identified as 59-year-old Michael Dickson of Kingston Road. After an investigation Mr. Dickson was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.  He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely 9an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made
