On Sunday, January 23 at approximately 8:30 in the evening a Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy, with the assistance of officers from the Bremen Police Department, conducted a warrant service and executed a search warrant at a residence located in the 1000 block of West Plymouth Street in Bremen.
52-year-old Kevin Dillon, who held an active warrant for failure to appear on the original charges of theft and resisting law enforcement through Marshall County, was located inside a residence.
During the officers` investigation, a search warrant was executed at the residence. K9 Diesel of the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department and K9 Taro of the Bremen Police Department were both utilized during the investigation and execution of the search warrant. Suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, and paraphernalia were located in the residence.
Kevin Dillon was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, and the active warrant. He was held on a cash bond of $192 for the failure to appear misdemeanor and a $1,500 cash bond for the new charges.
