The latest candidate filings from the Marshall County Clerk’s Office for the May 3rd Primary were released on Friday, January 14th.
The first Democrat filed. Julie Crist filed for Union Township Board member.
Several more Republicans filed for office including Sarina Piper-Williams and Jacob Teshka for State Representative District 7 which has a small portion in North Township; Erica Partin for Argos Town Council; Marlene Morrison Mahler for Union Township Trustee; Thomas Flynn for West Township Board member, Terri Hinds Union Township Board member, Tim Kazanecki for Polk Township Board member and Paul G Georgen Marshall County Republican Delegate.
Candidates have until noon on Friday, February 4 to file for office.
